Amy, would you tell us how you got to Pole Dance?
I have danced since I was very young and loved the stage, so I heard a radio advertisement to try pole dancing so went to one class and fell in love. I couldn’t do anything but I was determined to do it!
How is your life outside of sport?
I study naturopathy (herbal medicine), train yoga, cook, go to the beach
Within your career as an athlete of the Pole, what moments would you highlight?
Winning miss pole dance Australia was my dream come true!

According to your experience, what are the benefits that the discipline of Pole Dance brings to the athletes who practice it?
A community of support and empowerment. Exercise without feeling like exercise
