servono i dissuasori (passaggi pedonali)? e l’aeroporto?

Oggetto: sono inutili i passaggi pedonali sopraelevati (dissuasori)?
Mi sono chiesto spesso se i passaggi pedonali sopraelevati (dissuasori), oltre ad essere in contrasto al codice stradale, come da anni segnalo e mi pare che l’argomento si stato ripreso più volte anche da altri, possano essere inutili.
Che siano dannosi (per le sospensioni delle macchine) l’ho spesso verificato visto che la maggior parte degli autisti, pur di non perdere la precedenza o per guadagnarla, anziché rallentare in prossimità di essi accelerano.
Spesso si ottiene un effetto comico con le persone all’interne delle vetture che arrivano al tettuccio tra sobbalzi che oltre alle sospensioni ottengono un certo effetto allo stomaco.
Che siano poco considerati o rispettati (dagli automobilisti) è fuori dubbio, basta anche osservare la sorpresa dei pedoni quando vedono che qualche raro automobilista si ferma per farli attraversare.
Pochi automobilisti dimostrano di non conoscere il codice stradale perché se provate a fermarvi per dare la precedenza ai pedoni, oltre al rischio di essere tamponati c’è la quasi certezza che sull’altra corsia vi sorpassano.
Non rispettare la precedenza (oltre agli attraversamenti pedonali) dovrebbe essere pesantemente sanzionato.
Dovrebbe, appunto, perché ieri mattina ore 8.30 in via del Mare, davanti all’ingresso del liceo scientifico Grassi, doppia corsia, macchine corsia di destre ferme per far attraversare i pedoni sugli attraversamenti rialzati, i pedoni ne approfittano, da dietro, senza decelerare, arriva una macchina dei vigili che sorpassa tutti e sfiora i pedoni.
Servono questi dissuasori?
